LED Bar
Efficient picking aid without moving parts
The LED bar is an efficient picking aid without moving parts, suitable for load trays with compartments. Light emitting diodes show where on the load tray the operator must pick. A depth indicator on a digital display shows the depth in the compartment from which picking is to be done. The vertical storage lift is connected via Compact Talk to a WMS or ERP system.

Laser Pointer
Light pointer for small compartments
The light pointer is an efficient picking aid when load trays have many small compartments. It illuminates the correct picking location with a steady green light. Light beam approximately 50 mm.

Picking Display
Order information and tray image at the opening
A user-friendly monitor gives the operator order information and an easy-to-understand image of the load tray. Colour marking shows the position in the current compartment where material is to be picked. An arrow on the monitor indicates incoming or outgoing deliveries, which reduces the risk of incorrect picking. Software is controlled via Compact Talk, with information from a WMS or ERP system.

Wireless and sensor acknowledgement
Make the workplace more effective with smart acknowledgement solutions. Save time and effort with automatic, wireless or hands-free acknowledgement of picking. The acknowledgement sensor sits under the operating opening and allows the pick to be acknowledged at any point along the full width of the vertical storage lift. A wireless acknowledgement button is also available.

Integrated label printers produce shipping labels, barcodes, or batch stickers right at the workstation. By printing labels in real time as orders are picked, you eliminate manual labelling steps, reduce errors, and keep the packing line moving.

Scanners
Higher reliability for picking acknowledgement
A scanner increases the reliability of the picking operation and is used to acknowledge items, storage locations and orders. Available as a hand-scanner and a ring or finger scanner. The model for entering data is used for scanning in a PC dialogue and replaces the keyboard; the acknowledgement model is used on the shop floor by the vertical storage lift or the packing bench during both putaway and taking out of store, and replaces acknowledgement on the storage lift. Scanner reading requires control by the WMS or ERP system.
