Stacking and Destacking of 1 + 1 pallet

PALOMAT® Double Up offers fully automatic stacking and destacking. It is completely AC-operated.

Choose PALOMAT® Double Up if you plan to stack and destack 1+1 pallets together in a line and prefer to use electricity as the power source.

How does the PALOMAT® Double Up work?

PALOMAT Double Up is designed for automatic pallet stacking and destacking. It can stack 1+1 empty pallets two in a line using the touch-panel, and it only requires a 230 V power supply.

To use the PALOMAT Double Up, the user can insert or remove the pallets using a stacking truck or a forklift truck. All pallet handling is carried out at floor level. The PALOMAT Double Up detects the pallets via photo sensors and automatically stacks or destacks them 1+1 pallets two in a line.

Destacking: Two stacks of no more than 15 pallets each are inserted into the PALOMAT, and the pallets are automatically destacked 1+1 pallets two in a line.

Stacking: The user inserts 1+1 pallets two in a line into the PALOMAT, and the machine automatically stacks the pallets to a maximum of two stacks of 15 pallets each. The two stacks can then be removed.

Please note that the PALOMAT Double Up only handles 1+1 pallets two in a line, not individual pallets. This applies to both stacking and destacking.

The PALOMAT Double Up can be operated manually using the touch panel when there is a change between stacking and destacking or vice versa. In addition to this, it can operate automatically.

Note: The safety frame for the PALOMAT Double Up is required.
